Compounded Hormones Are Much Safer
In 1994 the National Institute of Health did a study on 16,000 women who were using synthetic hormones made by the major drug companies. The study found that the synthetic hormones increased the risks of heart attacks, strokes and breast cancer in women. Women taking compounded bioidentical hormones are not exposed to any of these increased risks.
Over 25 years of scientific research with hundreds of studies done in the U.S. and Europe has shown bioidentical hormones are much safer than their synthetic hormones.
